Brandon, Matt and Lori

On behalf of the Board of Directors; the Copper Ridge Condominium Association and me, please accept our deep appreciation for your representation and dedication.

Strange as it may seem that an Association that has been governed by homeowners for less than 10 years has been the plaintiff in more than one legal action, that is the case for our Association. So we have some comparative experience. I can say that you and your staff have far exceeded anything we had come to expect. There was never an instance of a phone call not answered and promptly, a question asked that wasn’t answered quickly, courteously and fully. Since I had the opportunity to be deposed, I can also say that you and your staff provided me with information to review, prepared me for the deposition itself – again courteously and fully, and supported me though out that long day.

I also had the opportunity to represent the Association during the Mediation process. Again you and your staff prepared me well. The process was explained in detail and my questions answered. Our strategy was developed by our team which fully included me and my concerns.

All of us are pleased with the settlement that has been reached. Again, we were constantly, completely engaged in your efforts to reach an agreement. We thank you all for the efforts you made – the highlight of which was contacting a fact witness in Australia! I know, you all would have liked to depose him in situ but it was not to be.

I also want to share with you that because of the completeness of your preparation, your considerable legal skills and your force of character(s), I have no doubt that had we found it necessary to go to trial – we would have won the day.I hope if any of you are ever in Charlotte again, you will let the Association treat you to a meal and a personal thank-you.
