McWherter Scott & Bobbitt is proud to announce that our founders have once again been named to the 2024 list of The Best Lawyers in America®.

For the last 40 years, Best Lawyers® has published its annual peer-review of attorneys throughout the globe. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves nor purchase a position on the list, which means the honor must be earned each year. Eligible attorneys must be in good standing with their Bar in order to be named to the list.

About our honorees

He has also been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers (2017—present; Rising Stars, 2010-2016) and earned an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards.

Clint Scott has been recognized by Best Lawyers® since 2016 for his work in Insurance Law. He was named a “Lawyer of the Year” in the Memphis region in 2021. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers (2017-present; Rising Stars, 2011-2016).

Jonathan Bobbitt has been recognized by Best Lawyers® since 2016 for his work in Insurance Law.
